Follow-Up Question: I still have a large bag in one eye 4 months post op trasnconjunctival blepharoplasty. Thoughts?

Your left lower lid does appear full and this does appear as fat, but an in person exam in needed to know for sure... At this point, I would wait another two months and consider a fat repositioning surgery, or filler to the tear trough. Best of Luck

White bump/ridge where I had cheek fillers. Will this settle?

If this is radiese it will likely stay there. There are several techniques to try and get rid of radiese (see an experienced injector). If it is a HA it will likely go away with time. I looks as though the filler migrated or was placed to superficially.
