Had Botox in my upper and lower lip 2 wks ago. My R lower lip droops and my smile is crooked. What can I do?

Unfortunately , you are stuck with the effect for approximately 3 months. I don’t recommend adding more Botox to even things out. Follow up with your injector.

8 weeks post op Botox and I can still frown. Were my expectations too high or should I find a better injector?

It is difficult to judge due to the fact that there are no before Botox pictures. Everyone responds differently and a lot is based upon your baseline and the amount needed to achieve your goals. I recommend that you have a conversation with your injector

Would 20 units of Botox be enough to use around my lips to make them look better?

After looking at your picture, I believe you would most likely get a better result with fillers. See your facial aesthetician for a personal evaluation.
