I do not think that it makes a big difference on how quickly the botox is injected. This depends on the practitioner's technique What matters more is how many units and where they are placed.
I would suggest trying a pair of glasses for now and waiting if you are under 40. It may regress in time. If you are over 40 you may want to consider enhancing one eye as reading may be very difficult.
It is ok to gently rub the eyes one month post lasik. By this time the flap should be healed down. You should be able to tell if your flap is dislodged or wrinkled by blurry vision. If unsure, please make a follow up appointment with your ophthalmologist.
