100cc increase is enough to make a noticeable difference. The new implants will not project (stick out as much), but they will fill out your upper breast better. Increasing size usually gives a more unnatural appearance, however, dropping down to lower profile will mitigate that and maybe look even more natural.
You potentially have an infection which requires antibiotics and possibly removal of the implant. The longer you wait, the more difficult it may be to solve the problem with only antibiotics.
Beast augmentation and breast implants are the same thing. Stop smoking now. The longer time you take off smoking before surgery the more you decrease your risk of complications due to the smoking. Most surgeons ask patients to quit smoking anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months before surgery. The longer the better.
