Thank you for your great question! You will still have subcutanous fat on your abdomen after liposuction so I would not worry about that. But Ozempic can be injected in other areas as well such as the upper thigh. In fact, there are some anecdotal reports that state there are fewer drug side effects when injected in the lower body as opposed to the abdomen. I hope this helps! Dr. Dima
