FAQ

Gap in between laser hair removal sessions?

Thank you for your question! Depending on the area that is being treated with laser hair removal, treatments can be done anywhere between 4-weeks to 6-weeks, or 8-weeks to 12-weeks apart. Every part of the body grows hair at different stages and that’s why some areas are treated 4-weeks apart and some 8-weeks apart, and waiting too long between treatments will give you less effective results.

Can Laser Hair removal raise flat moles?

Thank you for your question and sharing a photo! Laser Hair Removal can be performed over moles; however, it does raise the mole since it is pulling the pigment out, therefore, the mole may form a scab that will fall off and eventually get lighter.

Is it alright to go to the beach while doing laser hair removal treatments?

Thank you for your questions! You can still go to the beach after your treatment, however your laser technician may not perform a laser hair removal treatment when you come back from vacation. You may have to wait a minimum of 3-weeks to receive your next treatment. The skin cannot be tanned when performing laser hair removal treatments due to the laser contradictions that can burn the skin causing hyperpigment or hypopigment to the area.
