Dr Ian Arad is a Specialist Orthodontist currently working at the private practises OSD healthcare, in Hemel Hempstead and Prais Dental Care, in Finchley. He specialises in Orthodontics and his areas of interest include oral health, invisalign and lingual orthodontics.

Dr Arad graduated from the University of Dundee with a degree in Biochemistry, he then went on to study Dentistry at King’s College London. He has a diploma in Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has completed additional training at the Royal London Hospital and Southend Hospital NHS. He also has a Master’s in Clinical Dentistry and Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons.

He is also interested in research; his research interests include comparing the effectiveness of manual versus electric tooth brushing in orthodontic patients. His research led him to being sponsored by the brand Colgate. He has also received awards, including the Jelf Medal whilst studying at King’s College London.
