Dr Ian Kendal qualified in 1978 from the University of Birmingham and has been in private practice for the last 30 years. He completed the implant course from the Tatum Institute in Birmingham in 2009 and has been placing implants since then. Dr Kendal is also registered to offer many kinds of sedation and is Dental Phobia Certified.

He is known for his patient-centred approach and remains very passionate about the quality of the work that his private practice offers. It is not uncommon for patients to sense this when they witness his chair side manner.

To this day, Dr Kendal is continuously undergoing training in order to keep his knowledge, technical skill and professional ability at the cutting edge of modern dentistry. He has expertise in the following areas:
