What is the most effective treatment for underarm sweating hyperhidrosis? Infini or Miradry

Miradry seems to be the gold standard as most patients experience significant reduction in underarm sweating, hair, and odor. The treatment is very well tolerated whereas, Infini can be quite painful and not render the same results as Miradry. For severe cases, a second treatment may be necessary for additional reduction.

I'm currently receiving Botox treatment for migraines and severe nerve pain in the neck. Last treatment 3 weeks ago.

Hi there. The only restriction I give my Botox and neurotoxin patients is to avoid exercise for 24 hours and not to lie down for 4 hours after the injections. There is absolutely NO REASON to avoid massages! Hope this helps!
