If it has been a month or more and lumps are still present. You could get it dissolved again. Try Belotero which will give a subtle result and blends easily without migration, so it is more forgiving and softer. It may not last as long as some of the other hyaluronic acid fillers, but you can see if you like having your lips filled as a novice and add more later.
The quickest and least invasive treatment with immediate results that actually improve is filler. I like Radiesse hyperdiluted for full facial lifting to contour the face for a liquid facelift. It will lift up the cheeks and jowl area and sculpt the jawline to help the folds concerning you. PDO threads is more invasive but will also give nice lifting results and stimulates collagen production.
A combination of resurfacing preferably involving radiofrequency or laser, skin tightening that may be combined with PRP, microneedling and/or or chemical peels and fillers could give dramatic improvement. A good medical grade skin care regimen will also enhance and maintain results.
