The best treatment for this set of problems is a combination of intense pulse light (IPL) and fractional laser treatment with a careful setting for your type of skin. PRP can also be used to enhance the result and shorten the recovery time, lowering chances of PIH. I always recommend to get an spot test. Infini RF will not improve the sun spots. Because of your skin type, I recommend to prime the skin first, soon after a series of treatments with low settings and PRP rather than one single aggressive treatment if the result of the spot test allows to proceed.
