The Juvederm family of products has a high affinity for water and can take up to two weeks to soften on the lips. I recommend allowing the product some time to settle. Sometimes bruises can appear as lumps in the lips. If you are still unhappy, the product can easily be dissolved using hyaluronidase. As long as you aren't dissolving the product prematurely, you should be fine!
