FAQ

What do you recommend to correct eye asymmetry (Botox? Brow lift?)?

To echo what others have said - either Botox or a browlift will help with the brow asymmetry the former on a temporary basis and the latter of course for a more long term solution. I would emphasize the concept of overall facial asymmetry. Everyone has asymmetry in their faces and bodies of course that varies in how much and in the specifics of which features. As you have noted, you may notice more "drooping" on one side and that usually correlates to the side where there is a smaller underlying bone structure. So having said all of that there are lots of great new much longer lasting fillers (Sculptra and Bellafill) which can help address facial asymmetry without the need for surgery if it is of concern. The good news is that there are lots of safe and very effective options. Best of luck.

What procedure would allow me to show more teeth when I smile and speak?

Botox around the mouth can be very tricky. Sometimes the results of even a few units can be amazing but other times little or no result is seen. Moreover, using too much can yield unwanted consequences. Fortunately though lip lifts are fantastic. The results are consistently good in terms of raising the upper lip to provide more tooth show with smiling and for giving the appearance of more fullness. The scar from the incision hides exceptionally well under the curves of the nose/nostrils. I would find a surgeon who has done many of them and get a consultation in person. Best of luck.

Do you recommend PRP in my case?

Though you have provided one photograph it would of course be better to have a full history and see you in person. Overall you obviously still have "good" hair, having said that as others have mentioned with hair loss it is much better to be proactive and prevent loss rather than to wait for it to worsen. This is particularly true with PRP because it is such a safe and easy treatment.
