As an ENT who also performs Botox injections, I have never seen vertigo as a side effect. I would advise you to seek the evaluation of an ENT specialist to look for alternative causes of the vertigo. Sinusitis can cause vertigo, but there are many other causes that may need additional treatments beyond the antibiotics. Good Luck! - Dr. Blank
