Dr Sergio Madrigal Cerro is an experienced Dentist at SEMADCE Private Oral Health and Kelvedon Dental Centre. He completed his dental degree at the University of Centro Cultural Universitario Justo Sierra, Mexico in 1997. He had gained extensive experience running his own private practice in Mexico City.
