Dr. Soheila Rostami is a double board-certified oculofacial cosmetic plastic surgeon. As the medical director and CEO of Sanctuary Cosmetic Center in Dulles and McLean, Virginia, Dr. Rostami is an expert in eyelid surgery, dermal fillers, and neuromodulator injectables, like Botox and Dysport.
Throughout her career, Dr. Rostami has performed thousands of eyelid surgeries, including upper and lower blepharoplasty procedures. She is also skilled in correcting eyelid anomalies and repairing orbital bone fractures and tissue damage.
With over 20 years of experience turning back the clock on aging, Dr. Rostami believes in treating all appropriate aspects of one’s facial tissues. She is deeply knowledgeable about the most advanced anti-aging laser and radiofrequency technologies and is a national trainer for cannula dermal filler protocols and neurotoxin injections, as well as microneedling.
Dr. Rostami earned her medical degree from Howard University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., where she went on to become chief resident of ophthalmology. She completed her training in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Maryland in College Park.
When she is not working at Sanctuary Cosmetic Center, Dr. Rostami sees patients at Rostami Ophthalmic Plastic Consultants in Reston, Virginia.

The norma; incision for lip lift is near the nose. I understand that there are many technique used for lip lift but usually the incision is near the nostrils.
I believe you are correct that you should not see actual blisters with IPL treatment. that shows they have been aggressive and may cause you hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation.
To avoid complications, please, wait at lease 6 weeks between treatments. It is fine to get the diode laser treatment after IPL home device, but the time in between is very important.
