My breast are small in size. I'm 31 years old, can I increase the size of my breast with the use of breast cream?

I think if there were a cream that increased breast size, that would be front page news and we wouldn't be performing surgical breast augmentation. I would be selling it in my office!

Had 1/2 syringe of Juvederm injected 5 days ago. Lumps on lips now. Should I massage these lumps?

If you perform some gentle pressure to the lump, you might see some improvement. Most likely, if you are unhappy, it should be dissolved with some Hyaluronidase. Good luck to you!

Large hematoma found drained at 4 wks post extended TT w/ lipo. Felt better for a week, now 7 wks PO and it's painful?

Unfortunately it's difficult to say much based on you photos. Generally, fluid collections need to be aspirated weekly until resolved. As much as patients dislike drains, they are used to prevent this scenario. If left undrained too long, they become established and require surgical excision. The appearance of the bellybutton most likely represents an immune response to the sutures, but should resolve over time. It is difficult to say more about the pain you mention without a physical exam. It may be nerve related, but I need more information. Good luck to you.
